This form is intended for Department Lead/ Managers, who wish to recommend an agency-deployed employee for consideration in future direct employment opportunities within the Company. Submission of this form does not constitute approval, job offer, transfer, absorption, or guarantee of employment. All recommendations shall be subject to HR review, qualification assessment, manpower requirements, budget approval, and Management approval. Recommended individuals shall be required to undergo the Company's standard recruitment and hiring process.
